Ingredients

  • 1 raw mango
  • 2 medium sized tomato
  • 2 medium sized onion
  • salt to taste
  • pinch of hing (asafoetida)
  • 1/2 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 2 tsp powdered sugar

Directions

  1. Mix all the ingredients well.
  2. Keep it aside for 15 mins so that the salad becomes juicy.
  3. Ready to serve
